FAQ
Which Odoo versions are supported?
Odoo 16, 17 and 18 through XML-RPC, Odoo 19 through the JSON-2 API. Your instance must be reachable over HTTPS with the external API on.
Does Hawklify copy my Odoo data?
No. It reads from Odoo when you ask. It stores only your API key, which you enter yourself and which is encrypted, and your account settings.
Can the assistant change data on its own?
No. Every write needs a preview and an approval, and only enabled profiles can write.
What happens when the trial ends?
You get a notice, then the data is deleted after 30 days unless we agree on the paid plan.
